COVID 19 SAFETY GUIDELINES

Ensuring the Safest Experience

COVID 19 Safety Guidelines


We are taking this situation seriously and we are practicing a strict sanitation Protocol.


OUR STYLIST

  • Each stylist will practice social distancing.

  • Each stylist will be screened for symptoms and daily temperature checks.

  • Each stylist will wear a mask AT ALL TIMES and make as little physical contact as possible.

  • Each stylist is required to wash & sanitize hands upon arrival and between each break in service.

  • All capes, robes & towels will be cleaned and sanitized between each client.

  • Chairs, stations, shampoo bowls & tools will be sanitized between each client.

  • All high traffic surfaces will be cleaned continuously.

  • We will schedule extra time between each client to allow for proper sanitation practices.


OUR GUESTS

  • Guests must be screened for symptoms of COVID 19 upon arrival.

  • Guests will be required to sanitize hands & temperature checks.

  • cancel/reschedule if you are not well.

  • Our gate to the breezeway will remain locked and you will wait outside of the gate until your stylist notifies you that they are ready to begin your service.

  • We will not offer drinks, food, and magazines.

  • The front desk, waiting area and coat closet are closed temporarily.

Guests must wear a mask with loops behind ears AT ALL TIMES.

  • Gloves will be available upon request.

  • Guests must come to their appointment alone, please DO NOT bring friends/family/children to the appointment.

  • at this time all appointments will be scheduled online, email or over the phone to limit your time in the salon.

  • we ask that all credit card payments are contactless, we will accept check or exact cash. Transactions will be made at the stylist station, to avoid close contact at the front desk.
