Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please notify us 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

Providing less than 24 hours may result in a charge of 50% of the missed service.

Guests who no show or cancel regularly will be asked to prepay for services at time of booking.

If you need to reschedule your online appointment, please contact us so we can make sure your original appointment is cancelled.

Payment Method

All appointments over $150 will require a $50 deposit at time of booking.

We accept all major credit cards.

We allow gratuities to be put on your credit card. We encourage guests to leave gratuities in cash.


If you are unhappy with the result of your service, we allow 14 days from the appointment date to come back in and have it adjusted.

Exchanges and store credit for any products you are unsatisfied with, within 30 days.
