Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service

No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service

Arrivals 15 minutes or more past your appointment time may need to be rescheduled, and the no-show fee will apply

Payment Methods
We accept cash, Apple Cash, Venmo, Zelle, Apple pay, and all major credit cards.
All credit and debit card payments—including Apple Pay—will incur a 5% service fee. To avoid this fee, please consider using one of the payment options listed above.
Gratuities may be added to your credit card.

If you are unhappy with your service, please contact us within 14 days of your appointment to schedule an adjustment

Unopened or gently used products may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 30 days

Online Booking Notice
You should receive a confirmation email immediately after booking. If you do not receive one, please call the salon—your appointment may not have been confirmed.
Consultations
Complimentary in-salon consultations are highly recommended.
