Cancellation Policy

We reserve your appointment in advance exclusively for you, therefore, we kindly ask that you notify us 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to cancel or reschedule your service. Providing less than 24 hours may result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service. “No Shows” will be charged 100% of the reserved service.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment, we may need to reschedule and the cancellation fee above will apply.

If you need to reschedule your online appointment, please contact us so we can make sure your original appointment is cancelled.

Payment Method

We accept all major credit cards, apple pay, cash

We allow gratuities to be put on your credit card. We encourage guests to leave gratuities in cash.

Refunds

If you are unhappy with the result of your service, we allow 14 days from the appointment date to come back in and have it adjusted.

Exchanges and store credit for any products you are unsatisfied with, within 30 days.

CONFIRMATION POLICY

When booking ONLINE you should receive a Confirmation Email Right Away. If you do not receive an email, please call the salon, most likely our system did not confirm your appointment.
In-salon complimentary consultations are highly recommended
PLEASE READ BOOKING GUIDELINES
Let us know if you have long hair or high density, so we know to add extra time for any service.
If you are uncertain of what type of color service to book for, give us a call or send an email, we are happy to assist.
All prices listed can change at the time of your color appointment for several different reasons, including density and length of hair.
All corrective color services require a consultation prior to booking. Please call the salon for assistance .
