Cancellation Policy

 

 

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

​

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service

  • No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service

  • Arrivals 15 minutes or more past your appointment time may need to be rescheduled, and the no-show fee will apply

Payment Methods

 

We accept cash, Apple Cash, Venmo, Zelle, Apple pay, and all major credit cards. 

All credit and debit card payments—including Apple Pay—will incur a 5% service fee. To avoid this fee, please consider using one of the payment options listed above.

Gratuities may be added to your credit card.

​Refunds & Adjustments

Your satisfaction is important to us.

  • If you are unhappy with your service, please contact us within 14 days of your appointment to schedule an adjustment

  • Unopened or gently used products may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 30 days

CONFIRMATION POLICY

Online Booking Notice

You should receive a confirmation email immediately after booking. If you do not receive one, please call the salon—your appointment may not have been confirmed.

 

Consultations

Complimentary in-salon consultations are highly recommended.

 

Booking Guidelines (Please Read)

 

  • Please let us know if you have long or high-density hair so we can schedule adequate time

  • If you’re unsure which color service to book, call or email us—we’re happy to help

  • Prices may vary at the time of your appointment based on hair length, density, or service needs

  • Corrective color services require a consultation prior to booking—please call the salon

 

 

Cancellations
